About the Host

 

Dr. Michaele Samuel grew up in Grenada- the Isle of Spice. She is an education executive, culinary enthusiast and food photographer.  Her cooking is influenced by delicious flavors and spices she experienced during her childhood, in addition to her travels around the world. Dr. Samuel hosts Michaele’s Menu, a contemporary cooking show that makes cooking easy, elegant and entertaining. She shows viewers how to infuse international flair into every day cooking.  She believes that anyone can become a great cook and make food look irresistible too!                                                                       

In addition to hosting the show Dr. Samuel  facilitates cooking classes and tasting and entertaining workshops.  She is also a sought after food stylist and photographer.
